If you have ordered and paid for a service which is not suitable for your needs, please follow the procedure as set out below.
Email our office immediately detailing the changes required to the order.
Where a change in order results in your original payment requiring a credit, we will make the refund within 1 working day, however, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
Where there has been an upgrade in order and you are required to pay the difference in prices you will be contacted by our office to arrange the payment.
2. Cancelling An Online Prepaid Order.
Cancellations must be made 24hours in advance by either phoning our office 01 4597828 or 045 864915 or by emailing us at enquiries@skiptrans.ie to cancel your order.
Once we receive your cancellation we will contact you and confirm your cancellation and make a full refund to your account.
A full refund is only possible where we have notification of your cancellation during office hours.
For orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery there will be a €50.00 charge.
Please be aware this may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
3. Problems with Delivery.
If we have a problem with your delivery or collection of a skip bag we will contact you to advise, if an alternative delivery time is not suitable for you we will make a full refund.
